We have resumed our club time trials following CTT guidance on holding time trials in a coronavirus safe manner. Our first event was on 14th April and will continue through the season, unless another lockdown is enforced.
Please visit the 2021 Club event page for announcements of each event, the calendar of events, and our coronavirus precautions.
As part of our coronavirus precautions, we will not be handling cash at our events and we require pre-entry online. We are working with ResultsBase for entries and timing. Entries should go live at about 10am seven days prior to each event and close at midnight before the event. Results appear on the ResultsBase web page as they come in, and final results tables (including Vets placings and updated league tables) will be posted on the NBRC website.
The North Bucks Road Club has a Facebook page. This is a good place to look for last minute notes about events, details of extra club rides etc. It's managed separately from this website, but material is copied between the two sites. You can always access the Facebook page via the menu item above.
We also now have a Twitter account - @NorthBucksRC.
If you're keen on using newsfeeds, there is an RSS feed of Latest News.

The North Bucks Road Club was formed in 1952, after a meeting in the Wheatsheaf pub at Bow Brickhill. Frank Allcorn wrote a brief history of the club for the 40th anniversary, which was reprinted for the 50th anniversary dinner in 2002, and which can be read here. More recently, Derek Taylor has written and published a history of the club, priced £6 - contact Derek for further details. The club caters for all types of cycling, with members actively racing in time trials and in road races, but also audax, cycle touring and sportives.
